🎨 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
GIRLHOOD AND THE GROTESQUE
CLASSICAL AND DIGITAL
Taiki’s painterly expression takes form at 1/5 scale.
The Legend of Beauty and the Beast brings Prime 1 Studio together with remarkable artistic talent in pursuit of new heights in sculptural artistry.
As the latest addition to the series, illustrator Taiki’s original work “Nue” joins the lineup, transforming the artist’s distinctive painterly expression into an intricate three-dimensional collectible.
Taiki’s first solo exhibition, “Taiki Exhibition,” featured “reproducible paintings” created through a digitally designed process that recreated even the raised textures of oil paintings through printing. From this modernized approach to classical techniques comes a statue inspired by an artwork depicting a girl nestled against a grotesque creature.
Retaining the ornate beauty and uncanny atmosphere of the original artwork, the statue reconstructs its intricate details, textures, and sense of spatial depth at an impressive 1/5 scale.

🐯 THE OTHERWORLDLY NUE
The massive Nue captures an otherworldly beauty through meticulous sculptural detail.
🦍 Simian Visage: Painted in a distinctive reddish-brown tone.
🐅 Tiger-Like Limbs: Defined by powerful, bulging musculature.
🐍 Serpentine Scales: Sculpted with a sleek, lustrous appearance.
🔄 Fully Developed Back: Even areas unseen in the original artwork have been developed to remain faithful to the visual tone and artistic concept.
Every element contributes to Nue’s imposing and otherworldly presence.

👧 THE GIRL
In contrast to the grotesque Nue, the girl has been sculpted with an intentionally doll-like aesthetic.
Her expression and skin feature a subtly inorganic quality, emphasizing the visual contrast between the girl and the creature beside her.
👁️ Kaleidoscopic Eyes: Shared by both figures, the eyes feature intricate patterns and a lifelike moist sheen, inviting viewers to imagine the mysterious connection between them.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🏛️ THEMED DISPLAY BASE
The specially designed base draws inspiration from the patterns and gold ornamentation found in the original artwork’s background.
Its substantial and weighty design further emphasizes the statue’s impressive scale and presence, creating an integrated display environment for Nue and the girl.

🎨 TAIKI’S PAINTERLY EXPRESSION, BROUGHT TO LIFE
The Prime 1 Studio — The Legend of Beauty and the Beast — Nue 1/5 Scale Statue transforms Taiki’s distinctive painterly vision into a meticulously sculpted three-dimensional masterpiece.
From the grotesque yet mesmerizing form of Nue, with its simian face, muscular tiger-like limbs, and shimmering serpentine scales, to the deliberately doll-like girl and their haunting kaleidoscopic eyes, the statue captures the strange beauty and unsettling atmosphere of the original artwork.
The ornate themed base further enhances the composition, while the Bonus Version Fabric Poster gives collectors the opportunity to experience Taiki’s work in both its original two-dimensional form and its sculptural interpretation.
A striking addition for art collectors, statue enthusiasts, and collectors seeking something truly unconventional and visually distinctive.
