About the Characters
Sam Witwicky and his new girlfriend, Carly, enrol in the battle when the evil Decepticons renew their longstanding war against the Autobots. Optimus Prime hopes that resurrecting ancient Transformer Sentinel Prime, once the leader of the Autobots, may lead to their victory. That decision, however, has unimaginable consequences; the war appears lean in favor of the Decepticons, leading to an epic battle that sees the leaders of the Autobots and Decepticons clash in epic fashion.
About the Statue
Queen Studios is happy to announce a new collaboration with artist Boda to create this stunning collectible inspired by the final fight scene in Transformers: Dark of the Moon. Every mechanical aspect of both Transformers’ bodies, down to the intricate joints and weaponry have been masterfully sculpted and painted to capture these iconic characters. Standing looking down, is Optimus Prime, who is about to strike Megatron beneath him. Carefully crafted from polystone, this limited edition Optimus Prime vs Megatron statue is unquestionably one of Queen Studios’ most detailed designs so far!
Statue and Base
The design of the base is inspired by the pyramid seen in the final battle during the second Transformers movie. The collapsed stone pillars and pyramid walls of the base highlight the chaos create through Optimus Prime and Megatron’s feud, but also creates an overall sense of space and gives a further realistic aesthetic to the statue. Megatron has a total of 4 LEDs installed, two red eyes, a light blue LED underneath a pair of vents on the back, and a single light blue LED in his hand muzzle; Optimus Prime has one set of light blue LEDs in his eyes.
