Originally named Violet, Vi was born in the undercity of Zaun, a
place rife with poverty, crime, and chaos. After witnessing the tragic
death of her parents during her childhood, she was left to rely on
her younger sister, Powder (later known as Jinx). Vi harbors a deep
hatred for evil and oppression, particularly despising the privileged
elite of Piltover. Growing up in the harsh environment of the Lanes,
Vi developed a strong sense of justice and a fierce, albeit reckless,
personality. Her desire to protect those she loves led her to hone
her agility and combat skills, but her impulsive nature often
resulted in painful choices and growth.
After being released from prison, Vi spares no effort to reclaim her
sister Powder, but her hesitation and reluctance inadvertently
accelerate Powder’s transformation into the unhinged Jinx. Jinx’s
madness and obsession repeatedly pit the sisters against each
other. Unable to save her sister or single-handedly change the fate
of the undercity, Vi’s story is marked by a blend of violence,
helplessness, and self-blame, driving her to act recklessly and
impulsively.
Vi symbolizes the rebellious spirit of the undercity, yet her choice
to uphold order brands her as a traitor. She navigates through
chaos, misunderstanding, and disdain, seeking to establish a new
sense of inner order. In Season 2, Vi finally learns to coexist with
her contradictions, embracing her emotions and finding peace in
the gray areas of life. Her ultimate form, with black hair and red

highlights, reflects a newfound determination and stability. She no
longer hesitates, fighting only for her true self.

Design Background
This 1/4 scale statue of Vi is based on her final battle appearance
in Episode 9 of Arcane Season 2, meticulously capturing her heroic
demeanor and striving to recreate every detail.
